Returning Merchandise:

Since we have vary low minimum pieces with ordering wholesale products and or services, all sales are final.

Since we have vary low profit margins compared to the retail industry, all sales are final.

Since we do a second inspection before shipping orders, their is no reason any customer would not be happy.

If your package is damage threw transit or delivery time with the shipping company sent, we will help to claim for your lost which is a rare case.

Returns are accepted with our authorization only in special cases.

It is customer's responsibility to bring or ship the products to our facility for exchange.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

All sales are finall on special orders, marked down items, specials, mannequins, handbags, wigs, shoes, shoe assortments, sunglasses, store supplies, accessories, fragrances, hangers, watches, ties, hats, clocks, gowns and high end dresses, formal dresses, wedding dresses, evening dresses, evening gowns, kids gowns, kids evening dress, hang tags, free shipping offers, assorted items and seasonal items.

 

Refunds/Store Credit:

Authorized returns will be given credit as soon as we get the returns from you and process it within seven working days.

Please remind us with your order number when placing another order at the time of check out to note in the comment area that their is a credit that you need us to apply before processing.

 

Returned Items:

Authorized returns need to be in there original packing and not tried on or used.

Authorized returns need to be in there original count and not sent partially as we can't resale partial pieces.

If items received back is not in original packing and count, it will be held for a maximum of 2 days to arrange a reship back to the customer at their own expense.
